PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING 📌 Booking Terms & General Info • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the end of service via Cash, Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle, card or the booking app. • ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Braiding hair is not provided. Please bring your own hair based on the style booked. • Walk-ins are accepted on Wednesdays only, first come, first served. • Photos will be taken during or after services and may be used for marketing across social platforms. • By booking, you consent to your style being photographed and shared unless you request otherwise prior to your appointment. 📹 Required for All First-Time Clients To ensure the best results, all new clients must complete a free 10-minute video consultation prior to booking. This allows us to review your hair condition, discuss your desired style, and confirm pricing. You’ll receive a link to schedule your consultation after submitting your booking request. 💳 Payments The final balance is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, and Card (via GlossGenius). Tips to are always appreciated and can be added to card or cash payments. Please be prepared with your preferred payment method at checkout to avoid delays. 💳 Deposit Policy • All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. • A deposit is required to secure every appointment. • Deposits are applied toward the final service total. • Failure to follow booking instructions or policies will result in loss of deposit. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy • You may reschedule one time using the same deposit if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. • Any additional reschedules or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit. • Rescheduling must be done through the booking link or by contacting me directly within the required window. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy • All cancellations result in deposit forfeiture, regardless of timing. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from future bookings. • Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule late may be restricted from future appointments. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. $15 late fee is charged after the grace period. • Clients arriving later than 15 minutes will be serviced only if time allows, otherwise, the appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. • On-time clients will always be prioritized. 💰 Price Disclaimer Prices listed are base rates. Final cost may vary depending on factors such as hair density, length, parting style, customizations, or the time required to complete the service.Clients will be informed of any adjustments before services begin. 🔒 Specialty Style Policy Specialty styles — including sew-ins, ponytails, or custom braid designs, freestyle and duplication of a style, require pre-approval before booking. Please DM, text, or email me with your desired style for confirmation first. 🚫 Do not purchase hair until you’ve received official confirmation from me that your style request is approved and scheduled. 🌿 Loc Services Policy • All loc services require a consultation prior to booking. • Consultations are free, conducted virtually, and last no longer than 15 minutes. • Consultations must be completed at least 48 hours before your requested appointment time. • After the consultation, a personalized quote will be provided, and booking instructions will follow. • Do not book a loc service without completing a consultation first — unapproved bookings may be rescheduled or declined. 🚸 Children & Guests Policy At this time, I do not offer services for children under 8 years old. I currently accept children between the ages of 8–12. Please only book if your child is able to sit still and follow basic instructions. If a child becomes uncooperative or distressed during the service, it may be paused or stopped out of respect for their comfort and my time. 🚫 Guests are not permitted unless: • They are also receiving a service • They are accompanying a child client to assist Thank you for understanding and helping to maintain a calm, focused environment. 🧼 Hair Prep Policy Please arrive with your hair fully taken down, clean, fully detangled, and product-free — unless you have booked a takedown, detangle, and/or wash service in advance. If proper prep is not completed: • The required prep service (e.g. takedown, detangling, wash) will be added to your appointment at full price • A separate inconvenience fee of $20 will be charged in addition to the prep service price • I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment at my discretion • If the appointment is canceled due to prep issues, the deposit will be forfeited ⏱️ Quality & Timing I take my time to ensure every style is done cleanly, carefully, and with intention. I don’t rush — quality is always the priority. Times listed are estimates — services may take more or less time depending on your hair and the complexity of the style. Every appointment is an investment in precision — from parting to finishing. Please allow enough time for your service, and if you’re on a tight schedule, plan accordingly to avoid conflicts or delays. If you have a concern, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment with a brief description and clear photos. • Refunds are not offered, but a one-time adjustment may be provided at my discretion if there’s a clear issue with the service. • Adjustments will not be made for changes in style preference after the service is completed. • If the style has been altered or manipulated after your appointment, I cannot offer adjustments.
